<d:p><d:b>Standard Information Sheet for Package Travel Contracts</d:b><d:br>The combination of travel services offered to you constitutes a package travel in the sense of Directive (EU) 2015/2302.</d:p><d:p>Therefore, you can assert all EU rights applicable to package travels. The organization [ORGANISATIONNAME] - the operator [OPERATORNAME] assumes full responsibility for the proper execution of the entire package travel.</d:p><d:p>In addition, [ORGANISATIONNAME] has the legally required protection for the refund of your payments and, if the transport is included in the package travel, to ensure your return in the event of its insolvency.</d:p><d:p>Key Rights under Directive (EU) 2015/2302</d:p><d:p>Travelers receive all essential information about the package travel before concluding the package travel contract.</d:p><d:p>There is always at least one entrepreneur responsible for the proper fulfillment of all travel services included in the contract.</d:p><d:p>Travelers receive an emergency telephone number or contact details for a contact point through which they can reach the tour operator or travel agency.</d:p><d:p>Travelers can transfer the package travel to another person within a reasonable time frame and possibly at additional costs.</d:p><d:p>The price of the package travel may only be increased if certain costs (for example, fuel prices) increase and if this is expressly provided for in the contract, and in any case no later than 20 days before the start of the package travel. If the price increase exceeds 8% of the package travel price, the traveler can withdraw from the contract. If a tour operator reserves the right to increase the price, the traveler has the right to a price reduction if the relevant costs decrease.</d:p><d:p>Travelers can withdraw from the contract without paying a cancellation fee and receive a full refund of all payments if one of the essential components of the package travel is significantly changed, with the exception of the price. If the entrepreneur responsible for the package travel cancels the package travel before the start of the package travel, travelers are entitled to a cost refund and possibly to compensation.</d:p><d:p>Travelers can withdraw from the contract without paying a cancellation fee due to extraordinary circumstances before the start of the package travel, for example, if there are serious security issues at the destination that are likely to affect the package travel.</d:p><d:p>Additionally, travelers can withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the package travel by paying a reasonable and justifiable cancellation fee.</d:p><d:p>If essential components of the package travel cannot be provided as agreed after the start of the package travel, reasonable alternative arrangements must be offered to the traveler at no extra cost. The traveler can withdraw from the contract without paying a cancellation fee if services are not provided according to the contract and this significantly affects the provision of the contractual package travel services and the tour operator fails to provide remedial action.</d:p><d:p>The traveler is entitled to a price reduction and/or compensation if the travel services are not or not properly rendered.</d:p><d:p>The tour operator provides assistance to the traveler if they encounter difficulties.<d:br> <d:br>In the event of the tour operator's insolvency or — in some member states — the travel agent’s insolvency, payments will be refunded. If the insolvency of the tour operator occurs after the start of the package travel and transport is part of the package travel, the return transport of the travelers is ensured.
