With our guided tour series "The Giant Panorama - 1000 m2 History(ies)", view the panoramic painting from various angles.
During this tour, you will learn how panoramic images were perfected as illusion machines at the end of the 19th century. On the platform of the Giant Panorama, details about the development, construction, and optical tricks that allowed the panoramas to become the precursors of today's cinema will be explained and made comprehensible using a model.
